Private BriefingExelion Group connects investors with the right e-commerce channel and the right operator. For Amazon and Walmart storefronts, our preferred vendor is Stable Storefronts — a New Jersey operator with its own warehouse, its own inventory, and 534 partner-owned stores.
How It WorksE-commerce channels vary wildly — Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, eBay — and each one takes a different expertise. Exelion's job is to match investors who want into e-commerce with the channel that fits and the operator who has already proven it at scale.
Your point of contact. We qualify fit, explain the options, and introduce you to the operator. We work with several partners so the advice is channel-first, not vendor-first.
Exelion's preferred vendor for Amazon, Walmart, and Rarely storefronts. Stable builds, stocks, and operates the store you own. Stable does not do eBay, TikTok Shop, or Shopify — if that's your channel, we'll point you elsewhere.
You own the storefronts and the accounts. You fund the package and the inventory. Stable does the work; you review the numbers.
The OperatorStable Storefronts is a New Jersey e-commerce operator. They hold their own inventory, run their own fulfillment, and operate storefronts on behalf of hundreds of partner-owners. You can visit the warehouse and meet the team.
Every partner came through a warm referral. Growth has been word of mouth, not ads.
Physical New Jersey facility — receiving, storage, prep, and shipping under one roof.
Product in the building at all times, so partner stores are stocked from real supply.
Sourcing, listings, compliance, account health, and fulfillment handled in-house.
AmazonWalmartRarely — Stable's own platform
Capacity to onboard up to 50 new stores a month.
The OfferThree revenue channels, one operator. Amazon and Walmart storefronts for reach, plus a store on Rarely, Stable's own platform, where Stable controls the supply and the marketplace directly.
Amazon and Walmart are the two largest marketplaces in the country, and each comes with its own rules. Account reviews and policy actions happen to good sellers. A single marketplace store is a single point of failure.
Rarely is the platform Stable owns and controls. It runs on Stable's inventory, so it isn't exposed to a third party's policy decisions. Pairing all three gives you diversification inside one package.
This is the package Stable recommends and the one we present.
CapitalThe $40,000 covers the build and operation of all three storefronts. Inventory is funded separately and is what actually generates sales — the more product cycling through your stores, the faster the return.
Amazon, Walmart, and Rarely storefronts, built and operated by Stable. One-time.
Inventory turns roughly every 90 days, including Amazon fulfillment-center transfer time. Each turn is a chance to compound — a rental turns your money once a year; an inventory business turns it many times.
Sized to your goals on the call. Partners who commit more to inventory reach payback faster; partners who keep inventory minimal should expect a longer runway.
Think of the $40,000 as the factory and inventory as the raw material. The factory doesn't produce without material. Your inventory budget is the single biggest variable in how quickly the stores pay you back — and it stays your capital, in product you own.
ExpectationsNobody here promises you a number. What we can tell you is how a store typically develops, based on how Stable's partner stores have behaved. Give it a quarter to build. Judge it over a year.
Entity, accounts, listings, first inventory. Expect little to no return in this window — the store is being built.
Stores are live and inventory is cycling. Sales climb toward run-rate; don't expect the full run-rate in month four either.
On Amazon, Stable sets a minimum profit on every item sold in your store, every month. If a month falls short of that floor, Stable discounts your next inventory order by the shortfall.
Stable sets a blended first-year target across the package. Rarely stores target a return on each 90-day inventory cycle; Amazon typically runs lower in year one. Blended, the package is built to land in Stable's target band, which they walk through with you on your call. More inventory has meant materially better results.
If the profit on inventory sold through your Amazon store comes in under Stable's monthly floor, Stable credits the shortfall as a straight discount on your next inventory order, truing you up to the floor for that month. The floor is on the profit you make on inventory sold; inventory sizing still drives the total dollars.
FitThis is a managed asset for people who want to own an e-commerce business without running one. It is a good fit if:
The ProcessYou're going to talk to the operator and to a partner who already owns stores — not to a salesperson. Take the time you need between the two.
A 30-minute conversation directly with Daniel Hunt, CEO of Stable Storefronts. He walks the 30,000-foot view of how the stores work, answers your questions, and you both decide whether it's worth a second conversation.
Meet a Stable partner who has owned stores through the program and made money in it. Ask him anything. This is where you hear how it actually went, from someone who did it.
Agreement, entity and accounts, inventory plan, build begins. From here, Stable's team runs the operation and you review the numbers.
Come with your questions and a rough sense of your inventory budget. There's nothing to prepare beyond that — the point of the first call is to see if this fits, and it's fine if the answer is no.
Straight AnswersYes. The storefronts, the seller accounts, and the inventory are yours. Stable operates them on your behalf.
Very little. Stable's team handles sourcing, listings, fulfillment, and account health; you review the numbers and stay informed on your stores.
It covers building and operating all three storefronts. Inventory is separate and is your capital — in product you own. Any ongoing fees are walked through line by line on your call before you sign anything.
It happens to legitimate sellers, which is exactly why the package includes a Rarely store on Stable's own platform. Stable's team handles Amazon account health and compliance day to day.
Exelion Group is your introduction and point of contact; we work with several e-commerce partners. Stable Storefronts is our preferred vendor for Amazon, Walmart, and Rarely — the operator that actually runs your stores.
Yes — it's built into the process. Your second conversation is with a current Stable partner who owns stores in the program.
Plan on a 90-day build. Once operational, Stable's true-up means you make at least its minimum monthly profit on inventory sold through your Amazon store, with any shortfall credited to your next order. Stable sets a blended first-year target across the package — Rarely targets a return on each 90-day cycle, Amazon runs lower in year one, and the blend lands in Stable's target band. The specific targets are walked through on your call. Inventory drives the total.
An agreement with Stable Storefronts for the build and operation of storefronts you own. Stable walks the full agreement and structure with you on your call, and you're encouraged to have your attorney review it. This material is informational only.
Next StepYour strategy call is directly with Stable's CEO. You'll hear how the stores work, what they cost, what to realistically expect, and what could go wrong. If it fits, you'll meet a current partner next. If it doesn't, we'll tell you.
